THE BRIEF

It arrived as a WhatsApp message. A few lines from the Creative Director, a short-notice deadline, and a product with a lot of moving parts — a home finance offer combining cashback rewards, a flexible grace period, a referral programme, and a headline APR rate.

No formal brief. No mood board. No reference deck. Just a message, a deadline, and the expectation that something client-ready would come out the other end.

THE WORK

The concept had to do several things at once — communicate aspiration without feeling generic, localise for a Qatari audience, and carry multiple offer details without collapsing into a product sheet. The keyhole device became the visual anchor: a literal “door” framing the dream home, with the couple walking toward it rather than posing in front of it. Movement, not display.

The 4.5% APR figure was treated as a design element in its own right — dimensional, weighted, impossible to miss. The three offer pillars were placed where they earn their space, not where convention says they should go.

THE RESULT

First-round client approval. No revisions, no back-and-forth. The kind of outcome that only happens when the creative decision-making is fast, confident, and right — not because the conditions were ideal, but precisely because they weren’t.
